No, we don’t require a certain number of units except for Wholesale. Please see the Pricing on our website for reference.

Both our Florida and California facilities operate between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. However, please note that the receiving of products concludes at 4:00 PM. Our customer service is available round-the-clock, ensuring that you can reach out to us at any time, on any day, for any urgent requests.
Our lead time is 24 to 48 hours upon the check in of your shipment in the prepping area.
Yes. We can support kitting, light assembly, custom packaging, and box inserts – anything that’s related with 3PL or warehousing.
Payment & Pricing
No, we don’t charge monthly fees. Our pricing is simple, and we would only charge you based on the number of units and services rendered for the month.
The following payment methods are available: Credit Card + 3% service charge, Wire/Bank Transfer (free of charge within the US, add $30 for international).
